  • THE SELECTION OF REGISTRATIONS WILL BE 50% ALAS AND 50% APSPR
  • SEEDING WILL BE 50% APSPR AND 50% ALAS
  • THE ENTRY SELECTION OF 50/50 WILL BE HONORED UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, WITHIN THE SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, IF THERE ARE OPEN SPACES, THE SELECTION OF ENTRIES WILL BE OPEN ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-COME BASIS.

Membresía:
APSPR / ALAS:

  1.  Todo participante miembro activo de APSPR y su lugar de residencia sea en Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos ó cualquier otro país no Latinoamericano y su Membresía de la APSPR esté actualizada en el corriente año no pagará de antemano la Membresía de ALAS para poder participar.
  2. Todo participante miembro activo de ALAS que su lugar de residencia sea en Latinoamérica y su Membresía del ALAS esté actualizada en el corriente año no pagará de antemano la Membresía de la APSPR para poder participar.
  3. Todo participante que sea miembro activo de ALAS y que su lugar de residencia sea en Latinoamérica y su membresía esté actualizada en el corriente año estará obligado al pago de la membresía si se cumplen las condiciones 1 y 2 abajo mencionadas.
  4. Todo participante que sea miembro activo de APSPR y que su lugar de residencia sea en Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos ó cualquier otro país no Latinoamericano y su Membresía de la APSPR esté actualizada en el corriente año estará obligado al pago de la membresía ALAS si se cumplen las condiciones 1 y 2.
  5. Condiciones:
    1. Que el surfista gane premios en metálico.
    2. Que el precio en metálico supere el monto de la inscripción.
  6.  En caso de ganar premio sujeto a pagar membresía:

 1) Del monto ganado en premios que sobrepase el costo de la inscripción ($150.00usd) se le descontará del premio y se le acreditará para pagar el costo de la membresía.

2) De quedar algún balance pendiente en el costo de la membresía, el balance será descontado en su próxima participación bajo las mismas condiciones aquí expuestas hasta cubrir el costo total de la membresía.

3) Costo Membresía APSPR, $100.00us más $11.50us de impuestos (11.5%) y cargos por franqueo.

4) Costo Membresía ALAS, $80 por (1) evento o 200.00us por el año; más impuestos (11.5%) y cargos por franqueo.

5) Participantes Miembros ALAS que no hayan ganado premio y no paguen Membresía de APSPR no contarán sus puntos para ranking anual APSPR. Solo aquellos que paguen la membresía APSPR en su totalidad se les adjudican los puntos para el ranking anual y derechos de sembrado.

6) Participantes Miembros APSPR que no hayan ganado premio y no paguen Membresía de ALAS no contarán sus puntos Para ranking anual ALAS. Solo aquellos que paguen la membresía ALAS en su totalidad se les adjudican los puntos para el ranking anual y derechos de sembrado..

g) Puntuaciones (Entiéndase Rankings)

 

Membership:
APSPR / ALAS

a) All active APSPR member whose place of residence is in Puerto Rico, the United States or any other non-Latin American country and their APSPR Membership up-to-date for the current year will not pay in advance for the ALAS Membership in order to participate.

b) All active ALAS member whose place of residence is in Latin America and their ALAS Membership is up-to-date for the current year will not pay in advance for the APSPR Membership in order to participate.

c) Member of ALAS whose place of residence is in Latin America and whose membership is up-to-date for the current year will be required to pay the membership fee if conditions 1 and 2 below are met.

d) Member of APSPR whose place of residence is in Puerto Rico, the United States or any other non-Latin American country and whose APSPR Membership is up-to-date for the current year, will be required to pay the ALAS membership if conditions 1 and 2 are met.

e) Conditions:

1) The surfer wins cash prizes.

2) That the price in cash exceeds the amount of the registration.

    

f) In case of winning a prize subject to paying membership:

1) The amount won in prizes that exceeds the cost of registration ($150.00usd) will be deducted from the prize and credited to pay the cost of membership.

2) If there is any outstanding balance in the cost of membership, the balance will be discounted in your next participation under the same conditions set forth here until the total cost of membership is covered.

3) APSPR Membership Cost, $100.00us plus $11.50us of taxes (11.5%) and postage charges.

4) ALAS Membership Cost, $80 for (1) event or 200.00us for the year; plus tax (11.5%) and postage charges.

5) ALAS Member Participants who have not won a prize money and do not pay APSPR Membership will not count their points for the annual APSPR ranking. Only those who pay APSPR membership in full are awarded points for the annual ranking and seeding rights.

6) APSPR Member Participants who have not won a prize money and do not pay ALAS Membership will not count their points for the ALAS annual ranking. Only those who pay the ALAS membership in full are awarded the points for the annual ranking and seeding rights.

g) Ranking Points

1) ALAS members competitors will be awarded the corresponding points from the ALAS ranking table.

2) APSPR member competitors will be awarded the corresponding points from the APSPR ranking table.
